Hi,

I am attempting to activate the product so I can install, I have downloaded the Office .net premium installer, and am entering in both the license name and license key as supplied to us (using copy/paste).

Registration on this site under 'My Subscriptions' has worked and shows the subscription is active until 18 Jan 2019.

Can you please advise why when we attempt to activate during installation that we are receiving the message:
'The license key you have entered is either incorrect or does not match the product packagae you are installing.

Please be sure to use the license key corresponding to the product package you are installing: Add-in Express for Office and .Net, Premium. Enter your license name and license key exactly as they appear in your registration e-mail; use copy/paste to avoid mistakes.'

Hello Sean,

Your license key for version 9 should be delivered to your Inbox by this moment. Please use it to activate version 9. If the email isn't there, please check Junk Email.

Hello Andrei,

I trust you guys had enjoyable (and well deserved) day off?

Unfortunately, I'm having the same issue trying to install v9 STD.

At the registration screen, after I enter the licence details, I get the message:
"The license key you have entered is either incorrect or does not match the product package you are installing."

I'm installing adxnet-v900-b4610-vs-std.msi with Visual Studio 2015 14.25425.01 Update 3.
My registration valid is until 24-Sept, 2018
There's no adxregistrator.log generated.

Any suggestions,

Hello Marcus,

Yes, we had a public holiday yesterday (Victory Day).

In version 8.x as well as in all previous versions, the Standard subscription included only free minor updates. Therefore you have to renew to get a key for version 9.

Starting from version 9.0, the Standard subscription includes 1 year of free minor and major updates. There are also some other maintenance and licensing changes. More information can be found in this blog post.

Yep, it's about a new key for version 9.

I've checked your current key and can say that you are eligible for a free update because you have an active Professional subscription. The new key was sent to the email address specified in the original order a few days after the version 9 release. Please contact the responsible person in your company.

We are in the process of upgrading to V9.0.4610 and got the same error mentioned in this post already. We haven't got the licence key for v9.x. Please resend the licence key.
