Click Twice downloader won't load on XP with error!
Click Twice downloader displays error messagebox but no way to know what the error cause is!

The downloader on a Click Twice installer put out an error message box
that reads "Parameter is not valid." How can I find out what parameter that is and how to fix it. It works fine on Win7 but not on XP SP3 :o

Hi Joyce,

Are you able to reproduce the issue with a newly created add-in project?

BTW What version and build number of Add-in Express do you use?

Joyce,

It looks like you have used true color icons in the installer. Am I right? If so, please try using 256 colors icons instead.

You are correct that was the problem for XP can't handle the same color space.
