I'm getting this error frequently in the Event Log with Event ID 9:

Activation context generation failed for "C:\Program Files (x86)\GoldMine\GoldMine Plus\Microsoft Outlook\adxloader.dll.Manifest".Error in manifest or policy file "C:\Program Files (x86)\GoldMine\GoldMine Plus\Microsoft Outlook\adxloader.dll.Manifest" on line 2. The manifest file root element must be assembly.

Here is the manifest:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
<configuration>
<assemblyIdentity name="OutlookIntegration, PublicKeyToken=b3db48b816121921" />
<loaderSettings generateLogFile="true" shadowCopyEnabled="true" privileges="administrator" configFileName="app.config" />

Hi Sergey, I'm getting the same error, but on Add-in-express for Internet Explorer. Should I ignore this as well?
