Add-In not loaded

Hi,

a Word add-in suddenly stopped working on one of the computers. It worked with no problems before. Today I have installed a new version of the addin and since then the add-in has not loaded. The computer has the following configuration: Windows XP SP3 + Office 2007 SP2 (the same version of the addin works on exactly the same configuration on a different computer). The registry item in HKCU/.. ./Word/Addins has been created but adxloader.log is not created. Here is adxregistrator.log

Hi David,

Are you able to reproduce the issue with a newly created add-in project? Anyway, please take a look at the http://www.add-in-express.com/docs/net-tips.php#exception-startup section of the online documentation. Does it help?

Hi Eugene,

I have found out the cause. It does not work when installed to 'C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Data
aplikac?\MemSource\MemSource for Word\' (default location proposed by the installer). It works when installed to 'C:\temp\Memsource'. Do yo have an idea why?

Hi David,

It looks like you don't have sufficient privileges to add files to the specified folder. Have you logged in as an administrator?
