Event Log error - Activation context generation failed for adxloader.dll.Manifest

I am seeing the following in my event log everyday around 12:30 am:

Activation context generation failed for "C:\Program Files\Monterey Systems, LLC\StarLaw Offline Search\adxloader.dll.Manifest".Error in manifest or policy file "C:\Program Files\Monterey Systems, LLC\StarLaw Offline Search\adxloader.dll.Manifest" on line 2. The manifest file root element must be assembly.

There are no issues in outlook but I'd like to get rid of the error.

Here is my manifest:

<assemblyIdentity name="Monterey.StarLaw.OfflineSearch, PublicKeyToken=eaf38aa4248f5548" />
<loaderSettings generateLogFile="true" shadowCopyEnabled="true" privileges="administrator" configFileName="App.config" />

Hi Andrew,

Thank you for the notification. This message doesn't affect any functionality of the operating system and MS Office applcations. However we will investigate this issie and try to work out a fix.
