Hi

I have an installer that wont install on 1 machine only. Previous version of the application have installed before. If I create a new user account however it will install. Any ideas what is causing this?

I am using Add-in Express Version 5.2 Release (build 2024)

The application is an outlook addin and I am trying to install to PC with Windows 7 32bit OS and Outlook 2007.

Hi Wayne,

I'd try to turn logging on (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/223300) and to clean the registry.
