Hi All,

I am working on Com word addins, the addins is loading and Working properly in xp platformwith Office 2003 and office 2007,when the same application is installed in vista properly ,but addin sis not loaded in word.

Help ?

1. Do you install the add-in for all users?
2. Is the UAC enabled in Vista?
3. Office version?

1)Yes I have install the add-ins for everyone.

2)USA us currently turned off in vista.

3)MS office 2003

I have made setUp of Addins using VS-2005 and MSOffice 2003,setup loads the addins in my PC ,and display in the list of com addins.
But when i m running the same setup in the diffrent PC ,setup runs error free, with Registry entry load behaviour 3
Still com Addins is not loaded in word .

Its urgent help is required.

Hi Neeraj,

Do you use Add-in Express?

Please try turning the UAC on and then run the setup.exe. I hope it will help you.

turned of the UAC , still my addins toolbar is not loaded and entry for the registry exist but not in the list of the Com Addins.
