We have a COM addin that adds a button in the tool bar and under the 'tools' menu in word. Upon unregistering the addin, the button in the toolbar disappears as expected, but the one under the 'tools' menu still remains. And this problem happens only in Windows 7 and Windows Vista whereas it works fine in XP. Why could it be?

Do you use Add-in Express? If so, what version and build number?

Word version?
