I have Outlook 2007 and the latest version of add-in express 2008.
I start Outlook and while the add-in loading (the toolbar is not yet displayed) I hit windows key and D (to show desktop) or just click on the quick lunch desktop icon.

Outlook window is minimized in the task bar, after a few seconds I restore the Outlook window but the toolbar is not shown. Instead of the toolbar I see the desktop background on a rectangular area of the height of the toolbar and the width of the Outlook window.

Can you help me solve the problem?

Thank you!

Hello,

I've reproduced this issue; no solution so far. We will try to look at it after releasing the upcoming build scheduled for July, 1-6.

I may have found an workaround for this.

In the designer I set the command bar Visible property to false.
When I receive the ExplorerActivate event I set command bar Visible property to true.

I couldn't reproduce the problem afterwords.

If it works I belive it's a small price to pay.

Hello guys,

I have just re-tested the issue with latest service packs installed for Office (Outlook 2007 SP2) and OS (Vista SP2). Unfortunately I cannot reproduce the issue now. It looks like the latest SPs improve the situation.

Could you confirm it? Does it work for you?
