Hello Sergey!

That's exactly our point! We can't reproduce it either. Sometimes it happens after opening two emails, sometimes it happens after opening a hunderd mails.

The plugin that is used by almost everyone is the Pro/CRM plugin. This one calls a batchfile which calls our homemade CRM system.

I'm hoping still hoping you can find something...

Hi Bart.

If I understood you correctly, when you disabled the Pro/CRM add-in, you didn't get this issue. Am I correct?

Dear Sergey,

Indeed. People which haven't got the plugin installed, do not have the problem.

Dear Sergey,

That's correct. People who do not have the add-in installed, do not have this error.

I had the problem myself this afternoon. Made a screenshot:

Hi Bart.

Please try to send an email to the support service of the add-in vendor.

Dear Sergey,

I'm affraid I don't understand you? What do you mean?! The Pro/CRM Add-in is something we've developed our selves (I've send you the sourcecode of this). It is build against the Add-In Express framework you developed. This Outlookplugin only calls a .bat file, to call our CRM. Nothing special.

It is obvious that when you do not install this plugin (Troy), you don't have the problem...

Greetings from the Netherlands,

Bart
