Hi,
I've installed ADX, and every time i want to add a new item to my project, the "Add New Item" dialog is shown but always "Add-in Express Items" are selected.
Even if a chose to add a New Form to my project, the "Add-in Express Items" tab is selected.

Do you know how can i change this behavior?

Also, my Toolbox is wrong, displaying wrong bitmaps for every object.

Hi Matias,

That's the way how VS 2005 behaves. I assume that there is no way to change this. As to Toolbox, try to reset it via its context menu.

In this folder: 

C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio 8\VB\VBProjectItems


you will find a subfolder called "AddInExpressItems". Deleting this folder will make VS2005 behave the way you're used to, and you will not lose access to the Add-in Express items.

Renaming the "AddinExpressItems" folder will not work. The folder needs to be removed. However, you can move the folder somewhere else (such as C:\Program Files\Add-in Express) if you might want to put the folder back someday.
