toolbar duplicates when excel is closed and reopened

I created an addin for excel. It seems that the toolbar dulpicates itself and reloads a new toolbar when excel is reopend. This happens some , not all of the times. Would it have anything to do with the fact that I dynamically created the controls on the toolbar and not in the visual designer?

Hi Jon.

Yes, the cause of the issue is in the dynamically created toolbars. You need to check if the toolbar/control already exists in the host application. if it doesn't, you should add it, otherwise you just need to connect to the existing instance of the toolbar/control.
