Missing Menu in Powerpoint
Menu only appears when logged in with administrator rights

Hello

My add-in adds a menu to Word and Powerpoint. One of my customers only can see my menu-item in Word. But when logging in as Administrator the menu also is shown in Powerpoint.

What can be the problem?

Hi Fred.

This is normal. All command bars/controls are always shown for the first time. But you can remove them via the Customize dialog. Next time they will not visible until the add-in is re-installed or re-enabled via the COM Add-ins dialog.
