I am trying to addd a printing option via an adding (office 2007) and latest Epress addin.

What i want to do is have a button which prints the current document or spreadsheet , printing one copy to tray 1 and one to tray 2 of the default print

we have macros that do this at the moment just though it would be cleaner this way. Only problem is i can not find how to get access to the trays or print options of the object.

Using Vb by the way

Hi Martin.

Did you try to use the PageSetup property of Excel application? Doesn't it suit you?

sorted i had not been allocating an instance of word to my object !

Having problems with the printout function now will check forums
