Hi,

No other addins installed on that machine. The problem is that this error
appears only on the one machine. On my computer I was not able to repeat
that error. So maybe if we could use debug version of dlls we would know better the reason.

By a way, if the error raises (it happends from time to time) the Inspector pane is not shown, but in Explorer it's shown

Are office service packs installed on this machine?

Ok, I will prepare the debug version. I don't think it will happen before the end of the week.
Nevertheless, could you please install the latest version (3.4) of Add-in Express and let me know about the result.

Alex,

I've found the cause of problem.
This exception appears when you run Outlook whereas other Outlook instance is shutting down or Outlook is frozen in the Tasks list.

Hi Fedor,

Sorry for a long delay with the answer.

On this machine Outlook 2003 is installed.

Is there any news about this issue? Did you managed to fix it?
