Outlook Com Add-In on Windows 11
Not showing in Outlook

So we have been using this com add-in for ages on WIndows 10 and Outlook 365 with no issues at all. Now a user has upgraded their PC to windows 11 and it installs on as can see it in the control panel, but will NOT show on Outlook 365, even in the add-ins under Outllok it is not their.

Any ideas?

Hello Simon,

Please reinstall your add-in, start Outlook and send me copies of these files:

- %temp%\{AssemblyProduct attribute; see AssemblyInfo}\adxregistrator.log in the profile of the user who runs the installer
- %temp%\{AssemblyProduct attribute; see AssemblyInfo}\adxloader.log in the profile of the user who starts Outlook
