Hello Alex,

In case of Excel, see HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\Excel\Addins\ADXXLForm. For other Office applications, construct the path using the same pattern.

To clear the information stored in that key, right-click the Excel Task Panes Manager and choose Reset Task Panes.
