Ribbon Bar not Appearing in 64 Bit

When using our addin in the 64 bit version, we get a screen where the toolbar becomes blank.

If we set Office Compatibuilty on it works fine, I notice severaa articles on your website where you say this is due to an update for muplite DPI on different montitors.

I ntoice that you you have a new event for forms and task panne.

The only thing at this point is a RibbonBar but can't work out how to trap the eventfor a RibbonBar.

Toolbar? Sorry? Do you mean Ribbon? In what scenario?

Please provide more details about the issue. At the moment I can' understand it.

We have a RibbonBar control.

When you run the addin in Word this RibbonBar is blank (like the image above shows.

This only happens in 64 Bit Word, if we put compatibility mode on then iw displays (but we have the normal scaling issues).
