Hey Forum,

I have been getting this error every couple of builds when publishing my Click Twice Add-in...

User added an image

Is there a way to enable a debug log?

Links to the setup exe and msi...

And version info...

Version 4.0.64.0 works, but not 65 or 66.

Hello Troy,

We suppose this is something related to your server. Say, it caches files and refreshes the cache once in a while.

You can download version_info to check if the product is listed.

Hey Andrei,

Right, there is something strange going on, probably related to caching, wanted to figure out what exactly. When this error "product is not available error." occurs, I can download the msi directly from the Url (https://download.pqdcloud.com/publish/1033/4.0.66.0/ProQuickDraw.Setup.msi). If I then download and run the bootstrapper (proquickdraw.exe) it fails (of course, the underlying issue (caching?) has been magically resolved, so it works now!).

I was hoping there was some kind of logging that could be enabled on the proquickdraw.exe to determine the actual underlying error that occurs when the bootstrapper tries to initiate the download of the msi.
