What event do you advise me to use, to show as an example a welcome message when the add-in has finished loading and the powerpoint UI is visible.

For example:
I have used the event "AddinStartupComplete" which for MSWord and MSExcel works fine for me but with MsPowerPoint the message comes out before I load the UI, while the others load the ui first, the addin and then it shows me the message.

Hello Josep,

As you found it, this depends on the host application. This should also depend on the host version. If the host shows the UI after the add-in starts, you should look for an event that relates to the UI. Say, WindowActivate. Still, there's no guarantee. In my Outlook, I have sounds turned on. When it starts, I hear the FolderSwitch sound while the Outlook splash screen is still visible (before the Outlook Explorer window is shown).
