Is there a way to check if the user is running Excel 2019?

Is there a way to check if the user is running Excel 2019?

For some strange reason, Microsoft has kept the Application.Version number at 16.0. I was wondering whether the good folks at Add-in Express have figured out another way to determine this - maybe the Application.Build number?

Hello Nicholas,

I don't know if such a way exist. If we talk about real changes, Office 2019 doesn't differ from Office 2016: Office 2019 is simply the next build (not version) of Office 2016.
