It doesn't output anything. I tried then to uninstall but still the same problem.

Now that I see it may be related to VS toolbox, I'm quite sure that the problems comes from VS2015, which is still installed but not working. It completely crashed once , then I tried to reinstall but still crash. I then installed VS2017. But VS2015 is not anymore visible in the list of installed programs, so I don't know how to remove it properly.

Fabrice,

Did you move the Add-in Express folder from C:\Program Files (x86) to D:\Program Files (x86)? If so, move it back and try to uninstall the product once again.

Hello Andrei,

I've a small C: and a big D:, so I always directly install all softwares to the D: and never install on C:
So I didn't think it would work, but I tried your advice and copied the folder to C, and run the command for the toolbox. It didn't output anything like before. Then I tried to uninstall and ... it worked!!!

That's strange because I sure I never moved the folder (that's the best ways to broke stuff).

But anyway, thank you for your help
