Hi

Apologies for not getting back to you sooner but I'd like to reopen our conversation with the following issue we are having. https://www.add-in-express.com/forum/read.php?FID=5&TID=14828

We have a machine whereby we can reproduce this issue 100% of the time. If you would like to access this machine then we can arrange this.

Andy,

I would like to access your PC remotely so that we complete the session within the next hour. Is this possible? If yes, I suggest using TeamViewer; in this case you'll need to send me your session ID and password to the support email address.
