Error when publishing .msi

Error when publishing .msi
When trying to publish an msi, I get an error

I have an outlook add-in and try to publish it via right mouse button -> Add-In Express -> Publish.
I chosse msi based wb deployment and fill the values for Installer File, Publishing location, Certificate and Certificate Password. Visual Studio is started as administrator.

When I click "Publish", I get an error: Failed to sign [MyPath]\_temp\sc.exe HRESULT - 2147467259.

Sadly, I can't see any log in Visual Studio.

Any help?

Hello Marcus,

Is you real certificate okay? Is the information pointing to that certificate correct?

Does this work with a test certificate?
