We faced few strange issues in Citrix VDI environment:

1. Outlook unread emails (in bold font) won't mark as read even you right click to select "Mark As Read".

After I removed the codes of connecting to all calendars from AddinStartupComplete, it seems ok but now another issue appears.

The inbox unread count is not tally.
The unread email is in the inbox but the Inbox not showing unread count eg, Inbox (1)

I would like to reproduce the issue. Could you please send me some code showing how you connect to folders? You can send it to the support email address; find it in {Add-in Express installation folder}\readme.txt; please make sure your email contains a link to this topic.
