Hello Mirko,

Please copy here the OPENx entry mentioned in adxregistrator.log. The entry is located in HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\{version}.0\Excel\Options. Also, do you have Office 32bit or 64bit on that machine?

Hello Mirko,

Am I right assuming that you deploy two Add-in Express projects to the same folder on the target machine: COM add-in - the resulting DLL is BPS2Excel.dll, XLL add-in - BPS_Functions.dll. To register the COM add-in, you run adxregistrator.exe /installl="BPS2Excel.dll". To register the XLL add-in, you run adxregistrator.exe /installl="BPS_Functions.dll".

Is my understanding correct?

For the user for which the xll add-in doesn't work, could you please share adxregistrator.log created by running adxregistrator.exe /installl="BPS_Functions.dll"? I suppose it fails. Also, please show adxloader.dll.manifest deployed to that machine.

If you prefer, you can send the files to the support email address; see {Add-in Express installation folder}\readme.txt. Please make sure your email contains a link to this topic.
