Unable to add items to ComboBox or Dropdown

Hello from Germany,

i am trying to add a ComboBox to my Ribbon for an Outlook Add-In. When i try to add items to the ComboBox it comes to an error:

The control is already added to another collection.
Paramter name: control


I tried this in a fresh new AddIn to check if my Add In has some mistakes but even in the new one the problem appears.
