I have a client that has our add-in installed on a citrix system. When they start outlook, the add-in is always disabled. I am trying to find out the reason and how to fix this. Any ideas of where to look.

Hello Chris,
Please restart Outlook, check if the add-in is missing, get a copy of adxloader.log - {My Documents}\Add-in Express\adxloader.log in the profile of the user who starts Outlook - and paste it here. Note that whenever your add-in starts, this log file is created/updated. So, make sure it is updated in the scenario above. Make sure all other COM add-ins are turned off.
