Ribbon icon are blur on PowerPoint

Dear support,

Please find here the icons in the ribbon. As you can see, this is blur:
User added an image

The icon are 133*135 and with good quality.
User added an image

FYI, i am using an image list with image size 132*132 to store the icon.
