Creating Setup Project not adding additional files

I developed an outlook plugin with a subfolder in output directory called 'images'.
This folder contains various images used by the application - loaded dynamically.

All these files are within the Add-in project as 'content'.

However this folder is not added to the setup-project generated by the 'create setup project' dialog.

Do i have to add all the files manually to the Setup Project or is there any way to mark them to be added automatically?

regards
Roland

Hello Roland,

If you create a Visual Studio Installer project, you need to switch to the File System view, create a folder, and choose the Add Project Output item in the folder's context menu. Specify the Content Files project output in the Add Project Output dialog and you are done.

If you create a WiX project, you can use the approach above if you use our Designer for WiX Toolset; see https://www.add-in-express.com/wix-designer/index.php. Without the WiX Designer, you will need to specify all the files one by one, manually.

I'm sorry, I don't have experience with InstallShield.

I'm using WiX and a added the files now manually.
I expected that i have to do so - just wanted to check if there is an other possibility :-)

Thank you very much for your fast support.
