I have seen the exact same issue here with no solution.

No. project is not being created anywhere... Running the Visual Studio as an Administrator...

Kristian,

I suggest that you uninstall Add-in Express, deleted all files left in the installation folder, remove all Add-in Express assemblies left in GAC and install Add-in Express anew. Does it help?

I believe this occurred because I was unable to find out the cause of the issue. Now I suppose it was a file left from the previous Add-in Express installation.
