hi,

i have the same issue as in this post: https://www.add-in-express.com/forum/read.php?FID=5&TID=13782

you say, re-create the Setup Project, you mean create an new one?

ok, now i have create a new one wix-setup-Project but the build-error is always available.

my istalled Version:

Add-in Express for Office and .NET, Standard
Release 8.2.4371

Designer for Visual Studio WiX Setup Projects, Standard
Release 1.7.205

WiX-Toolset v3.10.12213

Hello Andy,

I can't reproduce this issue with WiX 3.10.3 (stable) build; see https://wix.codeplex.com/releases/view/624906.

If installing this build doesn't help, try to install updates on your Visual Studio.

ok, now i have update the wix-toolset to version 3.10.3. and also the visual studio to update 3.
i have create a new project and a new wix-setup. the error is also available.
can you help me?

ok, now it compiles without errors. after i read that the .net framework 3.5 is a dependency of microsoft.build.utilities, then i install it. now it works fine.
