How to prevent crash when Office Plugin has top task pane and user works with Windows explorer preview panel?
Add-in Express for Microsoft Office and .net, Standard

ADX pane is added to Office application on TOP position, ones Office is running and user uses preview panel on Windows explorer for appropriate file type, Office application crashes.
please help. maybe we are doing something wrong?

What version of what host application are you using? Is the host application 32bit or 64 bit?

Hi Andrey,
I sent you pictures by email, and just duplicate it here:

I have installed test version, as you can see in procexp DLL version is correct. However, I still have a crash in Excel when I playing with preview panel of Windows explorer. Please don?Â?Ð?ét forget that we have a same problem with Word and PowerPoint.

We can't reproduce the issue with the assembly I sent you. Could you please create a new empty add-in project showing an empty pane and capture a video showing how you reproduce the issue? You can use Jing; it's free. Make sure that all other COM add-ins are turned off.

Sorry for confusing you, build 8.2.4390.2005 of AddinExpress.XL.2005 looks working.
Word and PP problems probably are related to Excel problem.
Now I need new package of ADX with new build. When you will release it?
