Hello,

When I create a new ADX COM project, and I check the "source control box", Visual Studio displays the below warning:


Source Control - Git
The current solution contains projects that are outside the solution folder. These projects will not be source controlled in the Git repository. To add all the projects to a single Git repository please consolidate all projects under a single folder


Is this warning expected? As long as my collaborators have Add-In Express installed on their machines, should we be able to collaborate on projects through Github with this warning?

Hello Greg,

This issue doesn't belong to Add-in Express. Try to google using e.g. this quesry:

Thank you for the quick reply. The warning only appears when I create an ADX project with source control (none of the core project types in visual studio cause this warning). I should have been more clear with my question:

Is the warning message a known issue with using source control with ADX projects?
