SecurityManager doesn't release Outlook 2016 process

Hi.

We have a problem in Outlook 2016, which doesn't exist in previous versions of Outlook (2007, 2010, 2013).
We use Security Manager to control warnings of Outlook as we create and send our messages programmatically.
Unfortunately, it doesn't release Outlook process after operation is finished.
Test application is attached. Could you please take a look ?
