Unfortunately, the add-in is not showing in Word/Excel/Powerpoint bartool.
I also tried create an Installshield project via Setup Wizard, but failed as well.

Hello Leonardo,

Please create an InstallShield project using the Setup Project Wizard, install it, and check the adxregistrator.log file: if the log file ends with "The add-in registration process is completed with HRESULT = 0" then your add-in gets registered correctly. If this is the case, start the host application of your add-in and check if this creates/updates the adxloader.log file, its default location is {user profile}\Documents\Add-in Express\adxloader.log. If adxloader.log contains any problem you can post it here or send it to the support email address; you can find it in {Add-in Express installation folder}\readme.txt. Please make sure your email contains a link to this topic.

Hello Leonardo,

-2146233054 is 0x80131522 which stands for "Could not find or load a type" (see http://blogs.msdn.com/b/yizhang/archive/2010/12/17/interpreting-hresults-returned-from-net-clr-0x8013xxxx.aspx). Probably you don't deploy an assembly containing some types used in your add-in. BTW, check to make sure that you deploy AddinExpress.MSO.2005.dll.
