Shutting Down an Application prior to installation

I've used the Windows Installer Setup project to create an installer for my add-in. I've followed the directions on the wizard and everything's fine so far

What we would like to do now is have the installer prompt the user to close Outlook if is open.

Is there a property I can set for this?

If not, is there a sample Wix project I can learn from?
