hi team

weird bug - behavior

i have a form in the BottomNavigationPane on the left side, my cache is set to one for all instances, but when i minimize outlook completely on the right taskbar, and restore it later, sometimes the form is there, but if not all some of my controls are just gone, also when this happens my center (FolderView) form gets affected as well and is gone, no more header on top of the Folderview to switch too. its happens about 3/5 times.
then minimize and restore again the left form appears with all its control (i have on resize a refresh and invalidate command, to make sure everything is there properly drawn), but even when the left side is ok, i click on a button that i have that up until now was displaying my main FolderView form, and nothing happens! no error no nothing, the form just never appears and i am still in my outlook folder! i have to restart outlook, but i noticed its memory leaking when this is happening!

any thoughts?

Hello Johnny,

Outlook version? Add-in Express version? Does the same info apply to your other post?

I'll test these tomorrow.

I can't reproduce this. Could you please capture a video (e.g. using Jing; it's free) and send it to the support email address; you can find in {Add-in Express installation folder}\readme.txt. Please make sure your email contains a link to this topic.

its a bit rare to happen so i can't always reproduce it my self to provide a video....
hopefully when it happens again i will record something.
