Our add-in installs and loads properly on some PCs.
However, in organizations with more strict IT, seems like there are some limitations and it usually doesn't run as it should.

Do you have experience with enterprise deployment and can provide references for things we should recognize or handle?
Is there a need to purchase a digital certificate for the product, or do you provide one? Is a lack of certificate may cause those silent failures?

Thank you,
Eyal

Hello Eyal,

I strongly recommend that you check the section Troubleshooting in the manual, see the PDF file in the folder {Add-in Express}\Docs on your development PC.

Does this section cover *all* of your problems?

If your customer requires that your add-in is digitally signed, you need to buy a certificate; we don't provide a certificate. Please start with this article: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms537361(VS.85).aspx.
