Hi

the message is something like this (translated from Swedish)


The interface has not been registered / could not be registered
Could not find find proxy register for ID {00063001-0000-0000-C000-000000000046}

at AddInExpress.Outlook.IOutlookSecurityManager2.connect(objectvTarget)

We are using Office 365MSO (16.0.13127.21668)
App created in VS 2016
All files, EXE, other dlls are installed in the same directory, inkluding Secman, secman64 and SecurityManager.2005.dll
Been working like a charm for many years now!

Do you have any idea?

Should we remove this key in the registry and reinstall application or what?
The key exist on my computer.

Hello Peter,

That GUID points to the Outlook._Application class; it is a COM class this is why you should have that registry key: Computer\HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Interface\{00063001-0000-0000-C000-000000000046}. That class (registry key) missing may mean you don't have Outlook installed on that machine. Or, you need to reinstall Outlook (Office).
