You just need to check the option on the dialog that says not to show this warning again.

Hi Pavan,

You need to use the 'Certificate Import Wizard' of IE.

hi sergey,

i am try to add using this code and its work:

//Create new X509 store called teststore from the local certificate store.
X509Store store = new X509Store(StoreName.Root, StoreLocation.LocalMachine);
store.Open(OpenFlags.ReadWrite);
X509Certificate2 certificate = new X509Certificate2();

//Create certificates from certificate files.
//You must put in a valid path to three certificates in the following constructors.

X509Certificate2 certificate1 = new X509Certificate2("C:....Root.cer");
X509Certificate2 certificate2 = new X509Certificate2("C:....Root.pfx");

//Create a collection and add two of the certificates.
X509Certificate2Collection collection = new X509Certificate2Collection();
collection.Add(certificate1);
collection.Add(certificate2);

//Add certificates to the store.
//store.Add(certificate1);
store.AddRange(collection);

X509Certificate2Collection storecollection = (X509Certificate2Collection)store.Certificates;
MessageBox.Show("Store name: "+store.Name);
MessageBox.Show("Store location: "+store.Location);
foreach (X509Certificate2 x509 in storecollection)
{
MessageBox.Show("certificate Subject: " + x509.Issuer);
MessageBox.Show("certificate Extensions: " + x509.Subject);
MessageBox.Show("certificate Version: " + x509.Version);
}

//Close the store.
store.Close();

Hi Pavan,

Thank you for sharing your code. I am not expert in this area. So, please try to google this issue.
By the way, Khatri has the same issue with makecert.exe. I suggested him to use " " if the path contains blanks.
