Hi Damon,

Sorry for the delay. We published a new build yesterday.
For some reason I couldn't reproduce the issue on Windows Server 2012 R2 using the latest version of the product. I changed the policy via the GP editor and enabled the mentioned options. Then I logged onto the server under admin and non-admin accounts. EPM was turned on and IE worked properly with my BHO + Broker app. Can you please test the latest version of Add-in Express for IE in your environment? Please let me know if the issue still exists.
