Are there any documentations and\or context sensitive
help available ? I saw a PDF guide but its incomplete
and no mention of what the other components are for.
Same with the properties too.

Unfortunately, we don't have other documentation but PDF.
But you can find a lot of information in our http://www.add-in-express.com/creating-addins-blog/ and the forum.
Also we can consult on the questions you have (if there is not enough information).
