Thank you. As far as I understand, you mean http://store.office.com/, and publishing add-ins there, correct? If yes, please have a look at the following MSDN article:

Office VSTO add-ins and COM add-ins cannot be submitted to AppSource.

Add-in Express for Office and Delphi VCL is the tool for writing a COM add-in, smart tag and RTD server in Delphi. No COM add-ins (including those created with Add-in Express) can be submitted to AppSource:
