Hi,

One of our customer encountered a problem because add ins files is regarded by antivirus software SYMANTEC (version 11.0.7000.975) as a high risk.

an idea ?

Hello Karim,

A suggested way is to contact them.

When we encountered such problems with Add-in Express installation packages (that are always checked with the latest version of Symantec), we contacted the antivirus vendor. We provided them the description of the problem and let them download the package. All cases were declared "false positives" so far. I suggest that you follow the same course of actions: contact the antivirus vendor, provide the details of the issue and let them check your add-in (DLLs or installer - depending on the actual issue).
