Command bar and buttons disappear in OL2007 on Win7

I recently completed a add-in exp project and tested it on my PC (XP Pro, Office 2003). It contains one Outlook command bar, which in turn contains 2 buttons. All worked great.
Today I delivered/installed it to the client's PC (OL2007, Win7). The DLL registered just fine. However, neither the command bar nor the buttons show up. They add-in IS listed in Trust Center -> Add-Ins.

Temp=False was set for all above comps during design. I'm stumped. Ideas greatly appreciated.

Hello Mike,

Which of our components do you use? TadxOLExplorerCommandBar, TadxOLInspectorCommandBar or TadxCommandBar?

Hello,

Make sure that you set TadxCommandBar.UseForRibbon = true.
