Ever since the Microsoft updated on 6/24/10 I have been getting the error

ADX Loader Error 0x80131701 or ADX Loader Not Implimented Error.

I have disabled all add ons, removed the update, removed Microsoft.NET 4.0 and I am still getting it.

It really slows down the machine and is preventing some of my users from uploading anything through IE.

In my program list it does not even show Add-in Express and when I search my computer there is no add-in express program found. Where might I find this?

Hi Gabe.

Probably the add-in was registered for all users. Please check the following key in the system registry: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\<Application Name>\<Prog ID>

I am still not able to find the version even going through the registery. I would assume since this all occured after the 6/24/10 Microsoft Vista Update that it is the most recent version. Suggestions?

Hi Gabe,

Try setting Protected Mode = Off (if applicable), restart IE and look into {Add-in Express}\adxloader.log. It should contain the path to the add-on as well as its name. You can use this info to uninstall the add-on. If you still need the add-on, I suggest that you contact the add-on veendor.
