My view of our support service

Hello Guys,

A very warm welcome to the Add-in Express forums! It is the place where we answer your questions about our products and those related to object models of your host application, I mean the host application of your add-in.

To speed up the solution of your problem, I beg you to tell us the versions and service packs of your Windows, Office or Internet Explorer, IDE, and .NET Framework. Also, it would be really nice of you to know the version of our product that you are using, you know the way it is :) The longest road to the solution is to write something like "My Outlook add-in fires an exception. How do I fix it?" Here is the rule of a thumb: the more details you give us, the more accurate and speedy response you will get.

We reply regularly within our working hours (9:00AM to 5:00PM GMT) and frequently beyond them. Normally, we reply the same business day, but please keep in mind that our public holidays most likely differ from yours. If your question was overlooked (this happens sometimes, no program is invented yet that could replace a human in support work :), just drop one more message into the same topic.
